Led Top Performer Program for rising stars. Developed and led several leadership retreats.

Along with other community leaders, I volunteered my time and expertise in hopes of transforming Cincinnati into a model of Healthcare Excellence then provided rural facilities access to improvement expertise at no or low cost.I had the privilege of being a volunteer mentor with a great champion and team at St. Elizabeth Hospital Grant County, a rural hospital of a larger system. The team exceeded my expectation while learning a ton as they tackled a cross-function project. The team dramatically improved a patient's experience through a transforming view of patient flow - from prior to arrival until leaving parking lot. Implemented DIAD I - Delivery Information Acquisition Device. UPS' first on-board technology - "computerized clipboard" for tracking packages through the logistics system. We loved logistics even back then.
