Current• Prepared measurement sheet for Material & Quantity takeoff of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services.• Prepared Preliminary budget estimates for residential and commercial buildings.• Quantity takeoff for initial budget proposal for the cost of the project.• Prepared report for the accomplished work with respect to the BOQ and contact agreement.• Monitor the performance of subcontracts, checking the accuracy of the monthly payment application.• Preparation of payment for subcontractors and suppliers.• Preparation of daily and monthly progress report.• Review and replies to all correspondences regarding payment and variation with client/subcontractor/supplier.• Prepare all payment applications and variations of subcontractors/suppliers.• Maintaining the project filing system of all payments, variations and financial claims attends to the negotiation ofchanges.
