As President of Outlook Management Group, LLC, AMO I am responsible for company operations, business development, and all managed assets. Outlook’s commercial real estate portfolio consists of over 1 million square feet of retail centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial properties. I am invigorated by the daily variety of challenges that cross my desk, and by creative problem-solving for our clients. High ethical standards are a hallmark of my work.

I was responsible for all management company operations. I administered operations and performance of a portfolio that included 1.6 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, and residential property. My role included financial reporting, maintenance operations, marketing, budgeting, capital improvements, contract negotiations, and leasing for the portfolio, as well as lease administration for client locations across the country.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of a 1.2 million square foot industrial portfolio. I served clients in numerous capacities including financial analysis, budgeting, capital improvements, and contract negotiations.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of a 700,000 square foot industrial property, including leasing operations and maintenance services.
