Lead several facets of Operations in two different positions of EVP/COO and EVP National Operations for a rapidly growing single family residential (SFR) property management platform. Areas of oversight included Market Operations, Contact Center, Marketing, Data Operations, Project Management Office and National Renovations. Company has grown from 40,000 homes to 55,000+ homes in this period. In 2018, worked with Pretium Partners, the parent company, to evaluate a SFR management strategy for the Northeast which became the fee management division for Progress.

Oversight of apartment property operations for the Irvine Company, headquartered in Newport Beach, California. The Irvine Company's apartment portfolio consists of approximately 64,000 units, 140 communities, located in Southern and Central California. Primary responsibilities included oversight of approximately 1,900 onsite personnel, regional and senior operations management. Also had management responsibilities for the company's apartment call center.

Oversight of operations for Waypoint Residential, a rapidly growing multifamily investment management firm focused on property investment and development throughout the US.

Oversight of operations for a privately held multifamily development, investment and management firm. The portfolio was successfully sold to Camden Property Trust in December 2011

Overall responsibility for management and operations of a 16,000 bed national student housing portfolio. Company successfully sold the entire portfolio to a national operator in June 2007.
