My goal is to make character-based capitalistic businesses highly successful models for others to emulate. Chancellor Bob Meyer, Assistant Chancellor Meridith Dzrakowski, College of Management Dean Abel Adekola and a dozen other UW-Stout leaders engaged with MAM participants in an exceptional day of discovery, integration, and application. Eric Grube of Metropolitan State University served as co-facilitator for this program. Dr. Ray introduced the Living Case Study concept with Co-Chair (and co-author) Dr. Ken Thompson (DePaul Univ) with award-winning Tasty Catering (2012) and The Harley-Davidson Company (2013).
