About Ray Boyle

With a commitment to regenerative futures for planetary thriving, I specialize in making novel connections across sectors, industries, and domains. My focus is on creating programs, products, and policies that de-risk experimentation and investment in near-future solutions. Grounded in collaboration with diverse people and places, my work reveals patterns that create value, overcome restraints, and unlock new potential. As the Inaugural Fellow with the Regenesis Institute, I am working with StopWaste and Indian Valley residents to explore the economic potential of regenerative wood-fiber materials and develop aligned offerings. As the Vice President of the Board at Build it Green, my focus has been on spearheading regenerative development initiatives that purposefully integrate human-made infrastructure with living systems. Our collective efforts have been instrumental in reshaping the building culture, fostering a more sustainable and inclusive approach to urban planning. My role as an early advisor for the Day One Project involved integrating environmental regeneration into science and technology policy. At the UNDP Innovation Unit, I designed a multinational program to mitigate risks in experimentation and foster participatory transformations in the built environment. When I am not working on systems regeneration, I channel my passion for interior design through my company, Refuge Design and coach entrepreneurs and small business owners in leadership development through my coaching practice.
