Many architects tell me they experience a conflict between the ‘practice of architecture’ and the ‘business of architecture’ - that never the twain shall meet. The good news is that you can be a great architect and run a successful business, it need not be one at the expense of the other.As the Chief Mentor and Co-Founder at Archibiz, I work closely with small to mid-sized architecture practice owners and leaders to help them realize their business goals. Whether it be through business mentoring and coaching, a business review or leadership workshop, I aim to give you the tools you need to make your practice a sustainable, profitable and impactful business. I enjoy working with a variety of architecture clients, spanning across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.As a former CEO in 6 companies and business coach for 15 years working with a number of architectural practices, I recognized that there is a significant gap in the education provided to architects around running a business, and limited literature and resources available to support you in this role.That's why we created Archibiz.
