The system stores project details, budget allocations, hours contributed by each contact involved in each project. Automation with Excel and Outlook allows the system to generate emails, Excel worksheets, and Access reports using one integrated interface. The system kept all project leaders up-to-date via a large list of custom, statistical reports. The system also generates graphics, including pie charts that give management a global view of all CDP Capital’s projects for the forthcoming year. It consisted of over 90 data tables, 110 queries, and about 50 reports. It was implemented as a multi-user application with about 25 users. -
