Ensuring our team of PMs effectively provide the critical component missing from many Healthcare interface projects. The role of PM tends to be overlooked until the project is not progressing as the Champions believe it should.Generally as the complexity of an interface project increases, the need for project management increases exponentially. Engaging a PM from the start of the project negotiation is vital to implementation success.
