I perform interviews over the phone and in person.I coordinate interviews for managers and team member, using outlook to schedule timeslots and book meeting rooms.I utilize and maintain Taleo (applicant tracking system) and other job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Glassdoor etc.) daily, creating and updating advertisements, and performing candidate searches. I attend career fairs, webinars, and local talks to enhance the efficiency of locating top talent and to better understand the local and global market trends for hiring. I lead the onboarding process for new employees. I create and extend offers and new hire packages, ensure all paper work is completed properly and notify managers and internal personnel of the new hire arrivals. I work with managers to initiate the IT equipment arrival for all new hires as well.I perform first day orientation presentation for new hires, answering any questions they may have and direct inquiries when needed.I lead the Refer! program in Canada, working with employees to guide them through the referral process from beginning to end. I complete quarterly reports on recruitment activity.I work on a team to organize company events for the employees including coordinating entertainment activities and food/ beverage options - working with various vendors from time to time.I am available for employee inquiries regarding anything HR related.
