A solution to the problem of food traceability, food safety and crop production planning was needed. As a proven leader in the agribusiness world, I was called upon to work on a solution. Out of this, my company TrueTrac provided industry solutions in food traceability and food safety that spanned the entire industry. My select career accomplishments include:• Directing a team of technology solution specialists (up to six direct reports and 25 indirect reports) to address the need for food traceability and food safety in the agriculture produce sector. We increased production efficiency and safety by simplifying consumer connectivity through a first-of-its-kind suite of cloud-based and mobile software solutions.• Successful integration of food traceability and analytics technology into over 50 leading food industry companies in less than 24 months. • Establishing the iTrade Network as the preferred food traceability solution in the United States as a result of a superior go to market plan. • Quadrupling the market share of FoodLink’s existing product line by increasing direct sales, improving customer relations and redirecting marketing efforts.I thrive on solving complex problems and offering innovative solutions for agribusiness, the fresh produce sector in particular.
