In this capacity, he directed all aspects of the sale; training, lead generation, recruitment, marketing and obtaining financing for marketing for thousands of automobile dealers. After leaving direct sales, he entered the automobile industry as sales manager for Desert Lexus. While at Desert Lexus, his ability to turn companies around was highlighted when he lead them from one of the lowest customer service index rankings to one of the top 10 dealerships in the country. Also while in the automobile industry, he became #1 in sales in North Texas and one of the top three sales people in the nation for Lute Riley Honda. After Raymond accepted the role of sales executive at Mercedes Benz Of San Diego, which employed over 200 sales people, the company’s sales soared and Mercedes Benz USA became the #1 luxury Brand in the world again. He now is employed for the oldest Mercedes Benz dealer in Texas, Mercedes-Benz of Plano.
