Responsible for supporting client licensing, permitting, and compliance activities for active and proposed projects. • Project Manager/permit coordinator for multi-disciplinary teams responsible for developing the WDEQ/LQD Permit to Mine Application, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Source and Byproduct Material License Application for three separate proposed in-situ uranium recovery and processing facilities in the Powder River Basin, Wyoming.• Help direct work activities for multiple independent contractors in support of licensing and permitting applications across multiple resource disciplines.• Consultation with federal and state regulatory agencies to discuss contentious project issues and negotiate amenable solutions.

• Conducted due diligence on extensive historical mining datasets; cataloged, digitized, and visualized datasets via GIS and geologic applications; and directed supplementary data collection to facilitate asset acquisition.• Directed the staking of mining lode claims in exploration target areas, and prepared legal instruments to the county, state, and federal agencies per the requirements of the Mining Law of 1872.• Prepared mining lease agreements, lease/royalty fee documentation, asset management, rectified title document defects, and reported land management activities to regulatory agencies.
