I live life following some advice my Dad told me, "Work really hard and try your best at everything you do so when you get the chance to relax, you can really enjoy it". My Dad is my main role model in life and his advice always speaks to me. Its important for me to give it all I got in any position that I am thrown into so I can achieve success and hopefully be rewarded for doing so.I am a current sophomore at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh pursuing a future career in the financial field. I have always been told by my family that I would be perfect for a future career that involves dealing with money, to which I fully agree with. I have always excelled in anything math related so even as a young kid I figured that my future job would be involving some sort of number calculation. My passion for the financial field has been leading all of my decisions at this university.My current job is at the Washington County Courthouse where I am tasked with general jobs to improve the building where I work at as a facilities worker. At this job, I often find myself working within a small team of my colleagues, two-four people but most of the time only me and one other colleague, where we are given a short briefing about the necessary duties for the day. Since we usually do not know absolutely everything about the situation until we begin, we oftentimes must use our intuition skills to complete the task. Within this job, I have perfected my efficiency and many times will finish the given task much sooner than I am expected to.I attended West Bend East Highschool where I gathered leadership skills by becoming a captain of the cross country team. It would be my job to run certain workouts for my fellow athletes and I would guide my team during meet days. I also co-founded the applied probabilities club my senior year of high school where we improved our statistics skills after school. Our faculty advisor was our AP statistics teacher who would help guide us during our meetings.
