Plant wide electronics, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs and upkeep to all industrial equipment used in the manufacturing process. Developed, wrote, and maintained extremely extensive PLC automation programs for multiple integrated industrial equipment systems.

Responsible for plant wide maintenance and upkeep of an extremely extensive array of manufacturing equipment that utilized hundreds of different manufacturing technologies. For extended periods of time, I was the only electronics technician assigned to certain shifts and therefore had sole responsibility for the electronic, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance of all manufacturing equipment plant wide. I managed and troubleshot all PLC's/SLC's and PLC/SLC programs used in manufacturing machinery. I Created precision parts for manufacturing equipment utilizing machining experience with high speed mills, lathes, and other maintenance and material handling equipment. Qualified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and utilized six sigma principles to improve upon manufacturing processes, create SOP's, and preventive maintenance schedules. Qualified yearly as a forklift driver and regularly used forklifts and other heavy lift equipment in completing maintenance or frequent rearranging of manufacturing equipment.

They maintain, repair, and calibrate all electronic equipment used for communications, detection tracking, identification, and navigation. Electronics Technicians are also employed onboard nuclear-powered ships to maintain the control subsystems in nuclear reactors.
