I had the greatest role in the organization. I had an amazing team and an amazing scope of responsibilities. Facilitated multiple core development programs including: teller training, new account origination, consumer lending, business lending, sales training and professional development classes. Collaborated with other departments to ensure our training classes were current and most effective as possible. Worked to constantly improve the image and professionalism of the Talent Development team, which promoted and maintained effective partnerships with internal and external customers. Monitored, reviewed and reported on progress of participants through daily check-ins, surveys and discussions with key managers in order to be strategic in development direction.

I was responsible for serving members with all transactions, opening new accounts and analyzing credit needs to recommend products that helped members achieve their financial dreams. I used the AAA (Assess, Advise, Assist) philosophy to help connect members with our products and services. My position took a great deal of product knowledge and understanding of our core banking products, which I took great pride in being up to date and informed on. I worked closely with members to make sure the product recommendations were the right fit for their needs. I enjoyed finding ways to help them improve their financial lives.

Southern Utah University

Worked with students and members of the community to improve their resumés, presentation styles and interview skills. Helped students build and improve their PowerPoint presentations for school projects. Worked closely with the Iron County engineer on his presentation he ultimately delivered to the Utah Department of Transportation. He secured a 2 million dollar grant following the presentation.
