The principal of Club Financial Services Southport (Est 2004), Ray Dib has extensive experience with self employed and business owners being self employed himself for the past 24 years in various businesses and franchises; therefore being able to understand your business when discussing finance needs. He also specialises in the difficult non conforming finance applications, as well as conforming applications.Most of Ray’s clients are investors with multiple properties as he knows the importance of structure and intimately understanding the various lenders’ policies in order to maximise a clients borrowing capacity while keeping an appropriate and solid structure. We ensure clients’ are in a position of strength to hold their current position comfortably or expand their portfolio depending on future goals. He will relentlessly argue with Lenders on behalf of clients until a favourable outcome is achieved and the best rate and terms are negotiated. This has resulted in his services being referred by word of mouth to many living in SE Queensland and surrounds; he also has clients in most states of Australia and some overseas. Club Financial Services Southport also shares its office with a team of highly accredited financial planners thus complimenting the offering by being able to look after all aspects of your financial needs.Specialties: Specialties include, but not limited to structuring multi property investors and arranging very specialised finance structure for NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme) properties. More recently we have entered into lending to Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF) enabling investment property purchases utilising Superannuation Funds to fund the deposit and costs and service the loan in its own right; thus opening up new possibilities and taking advantage of great tax incentives.
