• Migrated in-branch customer servicing to the tablet. Handled 80% of Hong Kong branch servicing via tablet, reducing the time taken for the most common tasks by up to 90%
• Launched award-winning “Smart Mobile Onboarding” app in China that reduced new account opening time from 90mins to 15 mins
• Deployed electronic forms & signatures across 17 countries; saved ~10million sheets of paper, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction. Product was showcased at the 2019 Adobe Summit
• Video calling: UK mortgage application time reduced from 2 weeks to 15mins. HK regulated wealth sales launched in 1 month in response to global pandemic; 90%+ customer satisfaction rates and multi-million sales.
