Ray is a Senior Manager in the Advisory Services practice of EY. He is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of management and health care experience. He has extensive experience in overseeing large, high value projects, proven success in creating a strategic vision for managed healthcare organizations, and driving the execution of that vision through hands-on tactical action. He has in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle, business intelligence and data analytics technologies and their commercial applications, as well as an established track record of successfully conceptualizing, building, marketing, and deploying commercially viable technology solutions. Additionally, Ray has executive management experience in small to large companies, both locally and on an international level, including businesses in the start-up, early growth, re-organization, and expansion phases.

Responsible for complete client management, working with both internal and external business units, to oversee the implementation and usage of existing products and services, and identifying new business opportunities for multiple designated accounts. Business Intelligence and Data Analytics responsibilities include overall product management, development, marketing and deployment of the Company’s Business Intelligence solutions.

Responsible for leading all operating divisions and direct transition from custom eCommerce B2B solutions providers, to product-based content management solutions providers for manufacturing of Chemical, Electrical, and Instrumentation equipment.Managed executive team and operating budget of $7 Million dollars.Implemented the Capability Maturity Model for engineering processes.Developed market strategies for cultivating B2B products.Built Consulting and Training Services Group for the integration of business requirements with technology solutions.Provided leadership for improvement of client services reputation and to ensure a “contagious” customer-focused attitude.

Responsible for daily operations of Client Services, Software Support, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Implementation; including client software delivery methodologies and quality assurance processes.P&L responsibility for a budget of near $1.3 Million in revenue and complete accountability for accomplishment of project goals.Constructed and managed multiple teams in executing a wide variety of client projects, in the behavioral healthcare industry. Projects included business process reengineering and software implementation; as well as implementation of HIPAA processes and controls. Coordinated all activities for assigned projects and provided direct tactical leadership for consulting and software professionals in the area of clinical and claims management processes.
