This was extremely critical as suppliers were located around the world and a large number of exotic piping and valve materials were being used and the project was being installed in Pakistan• Extensive expediting of critical items – particularly the heavy walled inlet separator vessels and heat exchangers being fabricated in Pakistan and complex stainless steel clad valves being fabricated in Italy• Generation of work packages for tendering and award by subcontractors. These included civil, SMP, E&I and other minor packages.• Liaising with field staff as required to support the installation of equipment• Supporting project manager with general project management functions such as reporting, etc.• Close out of project.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Close monitoring of critical items (ACHE and vessels out of Pakistan, compressors ex USA and exotic valving out of Italy ensured timely deliveries.
