As a small business owner, Ray understands the various financial needs as well as the difficulties facing small businesses. He is passionate about helping other small business owners simplify the lending process and is excited to use his experience to empower others to improve their businesses and work toward their goals.Ray received a degree in Printing Management from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, KSIn 1997 Ray and Wendy Eaton started Northcutt Printing, a company specializing in the production of miniature-folded package inserts.In 2004 Ray and Wendy purchased another printing company and renamed to Northcutt Coating, specializing in off-line UV coated paper and label products.During the years of 2010-2014 Ray and Wendy flipped houses and mobile homes, offering owner-financing to people affected by the economy. This helped them realize their dream of down-sizing and traveling, which landed them in Boquete, Panama for the last 4 years. While in Panama, they realized how much they missed having a business where we can help others, leading them to purchase their first Lendio franchise.They have a daughter in Kansas City, a son, his wife and 8-month-old grandson, also in Kansas City and a daughter and her husband in Garden City, Kansas.Ray is an avid outdoorsman and woodworker. He hand-carves wooden surfboards like the originals discovered in Hawaii. Wendy enjoys sewing and crafting, and they both enjoy traveling. In the last 2 years, they have backpacked over 700 miles throughout Spain and Portugal.
