Participates in conducting special studies and task forces, related to DD Contracts process and follows up meetings.Co-ordinates with Commercial and Finance Divisions to resolve any contractual problems.Work covers 10 Rigs and 2 Barges including ADMA-OPCO, ZADCO & ADNOC contracted services, about 70 contracts in addition to technical staff contracts.Manage a team of 10 equipment & completion engineers, supervises and optimizes the technical evaluation of the standards and non -standard equipment and supervise the completion of the Division's role in the procurement process of drilling, work over and completion equipment/ materials. Initiates, coordinates and supervises studies on Drilling and completion new technology, equipment and tolls. Advises on upgrading/ improvement of equipment, techniques and procedures in order to improve safety efficiency and cost effectiveness of equipment and completion operations.
