1. Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.2. Keeping an eye on all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.4. Analysing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue.5. Analysing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health.

1. Understanding client’s manpower requirement. 2. Searching/Sourcing potential candidates from the various sources viz., (Naukri.com, Monster, LinkedIn), Head Hunting, database, referrals, contacts, networking, etc.3. Understanding the resume based on skill set, experience and education, short-listing the matched one.4. Interview aspirants and evaluate their skills over the phone.5. Briefing the candidates about the job profile.6. Screening and short-listing the candidates in accordance with the client’s current requirements/ Identification of Qualifiers and Disqualifiers.7. Follow up till closure and post closure follow up.8. Negotiate salary with applicant while balancing the clients offered compensation package posting various jobs according to client’s requirement. 9. Handling and Maintenance of Database.10. Ability to understand the requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.
