Also REHABILITATION PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION, collectively network 46Km.Project Number: P90262Client: ADNOC ONSHOREResponsibilities:PIPING (WELL HEAD AND MANIFOLD STATION)- Preparation of MTO and request of inventory required for construction activity.- Review of drawings required for construction like PIPING ISOMETRICS,PIPING LAYOUT,PLOT PLAN,P&IDS,GENERAL ARRANGEMENT,ALLIGNMENT SHEETS,ETC.- Reviewing the final AFC drawings and starting breakdown of PIPING,PIPELINE AND STRUCTURAL.- Looking closely the Shop fabrications as per approved drawings.- Mobilization of required MANPOWER,MACHINES and other equipment to the site.- Assistance in ERECTION ACTIVITIES OF PIPING,VALVES,STRUCTURAL.- PWHT requisition for both SHOP as well as FIELD JOINTS.- Preparation of TEST PACKS and monitoring of HYDROTEST ACTIVITIES.- Final BOX UP, TORQUING,TENSIONING and TOUCH UP PAINT activities.- PUNCH LIST preparation and CLOSING of PUNCHES.PIPELINE (FLOW LINE WORKS)- GRADING for ROW and MANUAL EXCAVATION for OPEN CUT of EXISTING LIVE FACILITIES.- Pipe STRINGING and welding of MAIN LINE.- EXCAVATION/SABKA construction activity.- HDDs and HYDROTEST of special sections.- FIELD JOINT COATING,HOLIDAY TEST,PIPE LOWERING,POST PADDING and BACKFILLING.- TIE IN welding and BURM CONSTRUCTION.- PRE-COMISSIONING ACTIVITIES.

Project: EPC for replacement of OGD II and OGD 0 ageing networks in BAB field.Construction of 19 well heads and collectively 117 Km flow lines connecting to different gathering stations via trunk line.Project number: P90231Client: ADNOC ONSHOREResponsibilities:- Checking the work is done as per approved drawings like piping layout, isometric,GA,P&ID,etc.- Managing all the shop fabrication piping activities as per approved drawings.- Checking the execution of process piping and related system in site.- Modifications as per site conditions in piping, supports, valves,route,etc.- Material selection as per client requirements.- Preparation of test packages for pre-commissioning.- Managing manpower,machines, vehicles required for site activities.- Shutdown activities.- Walk-down and preparation of punch list.- Assistance in Commissioning.- Preparation of final project dossiers.

This was my final internship of 6 month duration. In this internship I learned about gear manufacturing, CNC L1, heat treatment, welding activities and P6.

This was my short term internship related to assemble and dismantle of IC Engines, gear boxes and pumps.
