With a Master in Social Work and over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, I am a Senior Program Leader at Piramal Foundation, a leading organization that works to improve the quality of life of rural communities in India. I design, facilitate, and monitor programs that address the challenges of education, health, and livelihoods, using data analysis, creative ideation, and chatbot development skills.I am passionate about empowering communities, enhancing capacities, and creating sustainable solutions that align with the foundation's vision and mission. Some of my key achievements include leading the Gandhi Fellowship Program, a transformational leadership program for public education, collaborating with the World Literacy Foundation as an Ambassador to promote literacy and digital skills, and completing the Open Source Leadership Fellowship, a global online program that equips young leaders with the skills and mindset to drive positive change.
