Am a Human Capital & Strategic Transformation Specialist, I love to help organizations to actual use their potential growth and train and coach people on their career advancement and personality development. A well-qualified and experienced HR professional with multiple academic and professional credentials to my name in addition to an employment history spanning over 12 years and encompassing several segments within different industries like institutions, apparel sector, banking, BPO, Retail & IT. I am a fast learner with a keen interest in HR related areas. I challenge myself on a daily basis and strive to learn new skills to make a greater positive contribution of my talents and hard work.I consider my technical skills, industry knowledge and in-depth understanding of organization’s needs, combined with an inherent ability to multi-task and manage teams of employees as among my greatest strengths.
