I initiated (1999-2002) the Coaching Psychology Interest Group (CPIG) for the Australian Psychological Society and again served as National Convener (2007-8). Twenty five years of practice as a Psychologist and Organisational Psychologist. Many articles and conference presentations (1997-2015). Specialist in the application of evidence-based knowledge about effective leadership assessment and development, and consulting at the interface between well-being and effectiveness in workplaces. Through multi-cultural author teams I led the development of a series of educational texts for social education (1988-2016) about religion, culture, organisations and applied ethics in pluralist societies. ----------Conference presentations include - Elliott, R.H.
