With over 20 years of experience in higher education leadership, I am a dedicated and innovative professional who strives to create positive and impactful learning experiences for students. As the Assistant Vice President of Learner Experience at Nightingale College, I oversee the wraparound support services for nursing learners. I have a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Capella University, and multiple certifications in instructional design, executive presence, and customer service.
