At Securesult, I managed several projects such as Cyber Risk Assessments for clients to enhance their information security maturity, utilizing standards such as ISO 27001, NEN7510, NIS2, and CIS. Additionally, I developed the Cyber Risk Assessments and IAM services, and authored advisory reports to improve data center security and to optimize vulnerability management processes. I managed the ISMS and successfully coordinated the external ISO 27001 audit. In addition, I mentored junior and mid-level consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.

In the absence of a CISO, I assumed CISO responsibilities, leading the SOC2 (Type 1) and ISO27001 certification projects, and implementing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), risk management, and other controls such as Identity and Access Management (IAM). I identified risks and implemented measures to mitigate them. I implemented a zero data loss policy through data classification and a backup policy. Furthermore, I successfully led several projects.

As an interim IT Manager, I led, motivated, and coached the IT team. I was responsible for budget and vendor management and defined OKRs based on strategic goals. Additionally, I handled risk management within the IT environment and successfully guided IT audits to a positive outcome. I implemented Business Continuity Management and defined and monitored security policies and related processes. As a Senior System Engineer, I enhanced the security of computer systems through configuration and improved infrastructure security and operations by implementing a multilayer defense, various firewall clusters and ITIL processes.
