As a business consultant, executive coach, and fractional executive, I focus on creating training experiences that drive clarity at both the personal and professional level while impacting the bottom line in less than 30 days. In 2016 I stepped off of an airplane after leading Rangers in combat for 11 deployments to combat. At the time, my wife an I had celebrated 1 anniversary together out of 9 years of marriage. I had been selected to lead in shaping future generations from a non-deployable role and I had no idea how I would start. Then I remembered one simple thing. Apply your values first, then see what emerges, but be proud of who you are EVEN when operating in the unknown. That began a long journey of building a scalable model for growing talent in our organization with an incredible impact to the organization and my life personally. After now experiencing 0 to 1 startup life and operating with some of the largest companies in the U.S., I have focused my training to help teams gain clarity on who they are and where they want to go, then delivering consistent executive coaching to ensure rapid adoption of needed changes to both behavior and process. I bring years of experience in executing strategies for revenue growth, brand partnerships, executive sponsorships, and value proposition development. As well as growing a nonrevenue generating business in January 2022 to profitable in less than 18 months (+$3M Revenue). As a leader, I believe in the responsibility to frame ANY situation to find value and execute on it. I often break down problems to a few different buckets: people, process, and policy...then I work backward until I can find what I control. Highlighting the unsolvable happens at times, but it lacks the responsibility a leader must take in "tending our garden".
