The Commons XR ("TCXR") is creating a EdTech platform that can incorporate DEI policies into our tool for instructors to improve engagement and lessen inherent bias, thereby increasing diversity of voice in the classroom by creating a safer zone for discussion. Our role is to allow teachers to teach in the way they want to, thereby using our technology as a tool for their pedagogy, not the other way around. TCXR is specifically designed to conduct and administer portions of in person, online or hybrid classes in an immersive environment (whether on a headset, laptop or phone) with AI capabilities, enabling educators to see in real-time how well their students are engaging in a lesson. All this is done and identifying at risk students while maintaining student data securely, thereby having the ability to improve retention numbers and revenue flow to educational institutions. TCXR is committed to maintaining student data privacy, the platform being developed as a subscription and licensing model, with no data sales anticipated. Our team has industry experience, is consensus driven and all fundamentally believe that our teachers need better observational tools as classes get bigger and requirements for combined online and in person (hybrid) teaching becomes standard.

Architectural and managerial role for security related activities dealing with web activities in general, specifically with extranet capabilities and application hosting for business activities. Was responsible for the design, rollout, and management service of messaging, directory and security infrastructure between the various Time Warner Divisions (HBO, Warner Brothers, Turner Broadcasting System, Warner Music, Warner Cable, Time and Corporate) as well as managing groups that consisted of project managers, technologists, consultants, outsourced services, 3rd level support and vendor management for problems and enhancement requests. Member of the company’s architecture team. Responsible for an annual budget of over 5 MM, although "limited" spending authority for additional funds in the operations. Evolved operational roles and tools for shared services of security, messaging and directory services.SECURITY: Took & passed CISSP exam. Worked on architecture and design for company-wide rollout of security policies and tools.
