Ray was admitted to the Georgia Bar Association in 1985;and, during 2007 he was sworn into the Alabama Bar Association. During 1985-86, he served as an Assistant Solicitor in the DeKalb County Solicitor's office.In January 1987, Ray began his private practice. His primary focus is on representing those individuals charged with a crime, as well as people who have been seriously injured. Ray has served as lead counsel in well over two hundred fifty jury trials throughout the state of Georgia, as well as numerous personal injury cases. The firm of Raymond V. Giudice, P.C., was formed to provide our clients with the experience and resources necessary to litigate complex civil/personal injury cases, and to fully protect the rights of those accused of serious criminal charges. Our goal is to ensure that our clients’ rights and claims are fully protected in a court of law.Ray has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law, as well as an instructor in both the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Programs, and the Civil Litigation Seminars conducted at Emory University's School of Law. Additionally, Ray lectures at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and Bauder College.For the past several years, Ray has appeared regularly on CNN’s “Nancy Grace Show,” Court TV’s “In Session,” TruTV, and CBS Atlanta including local news segments and special programming (“Sportsline” and “Atlanta Cold Cases”) to provide informed legal commentary on current issues and courtroom trials. Every Friday, Ray takes a chair in the studio with the guys from "790 The Zone" Sports Talk Radio, weighing in with his take on the legal difficulties of both college and professional athletes.
