I have worked as an information technology specialist since 2003. After receiving a formal education as a web developer, I have continued to keep my skills up to date, teaching myself several coding languages including CSS3, Javascript, and ASP.Net. Being a self-starter and an ongoing learner has been key to my success.The user-friendly and secure sites I've built have enabled my clients to manage their own content and to enter the worlds of e-commerce, mobile web, and social media. Once the coding is done, I add a personal touch by working one on one with people and teaching them how to get the most from their site.My graphic design skills have allowed me to create attractive logos, amongst other design elements, for my clients. I feel proud whenever I see my work plastered across a TV commercial, a billboard, or a vehicle.I have also worked with clients in my office, their office, online, or over the phone, to help them with their IT needs. This can include challenges ranging from network set up to social media management. I'm told that helping people through frustrating tech moments is my super power. I am from a small French Canadian town, so I'm fluent in both English and French.
