We are focused on:• Developing microgrids that fit the explicit requirements of commercial and defense customers. This departure from the standard ‘one size fits all’ approach to distribution grids allows us to provide a custom fit for what our clients really expect and want from electricity, e.g., higher reliability, greater resilience, participation in revenue opportunities, etc. • Evolving the range and effectiveness of our nation’s cybersecurity tools. Working from an ‘inside out’ perspective, we provide a constantly expanding set of hardware, software and ‘cybersecurity as a service’ solutions to utilities and microgrids alike. • Financing and ownership: we provide utilities with the required low-cost capital to improve the distribution grid via an investment structure that combines stepwise rate-base inclusion with lower-cost levelized leases. • System design implementation: working with brand partners and our internal engineering services team, we provide a customizable modular design for smart grid deployments that reduces implementation risk through rigorous and transparent project implementations and performance guarantees.

Reported directly to the CEO, President and Chairman. Responsibiliities included Information Technology, Customer Care and Marketing, Revenue Management, Human Resources and Corporate Security (physical and cyber) across an eight state service territory.

Also held positions including Director, Business Process Management/Energy Portfolio.Reported to GM Strategic Outsourcing - Communications Sector. Created first end-to-end service accountability model within a major IBM strategic outsourced account (top 10 worldwide); responsible for all strategic marketing, service delivery, client satisfaction and P&L for IBM's largest utility customer.
