It is my job to bridge the gap between analytics and actionable outcomes.I help clients understand their customers and form strategies to best reach each and every one of them. Through the use of advanced statistical methods, I can assist clients in reducing customer churn while at the same time increasing customer engagement. At DNA Group I work with customer based retailers to better market to their customer database, through the creation of data-driven strategies.
