Senior Enlisted Leader of Joint Base San Antonio's (JBSA) 502d Air Base Wing Staff Agencies and the 502d Contracting Squadron serving 11 geographically separated locations. Responsible for leading, resourcing, developing, and overseeing the administration of 721 personnel. Managed multiple acquisition teams comprising 212 total employees, across San Antonio, responsible for the execution of $1.1 billion in contract support and $391M in new acquisitions which provided AF pilot training, AF Basic Military Training, and direct sustainment of 266 tenant organizations. Provided sound business direction and financial leadership and guidance to senior leaders in the employment of 7,800 vendor staff.

Senior Enlisted Leader of the 633d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia. I coordinated and led a team of 72 professionals to execute JBLEs $791 million acquisition portfolio providing support to 18,000 personnel. Provided direct support to Air Combat Command and the Army Training and Doctrine Command, five Wings, and four Brigades. Served as the installation commander's business advisor while motivating acquisition staff to provide agile, effective, and timely contract support for the mission partners.

Whichita Falls

Senior Enlisted Leader of the 82d Contracting Squadron at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. Executed management, oversight, and compliance of the base's $1.1 billion contract program, sustaining the Air Force’s largest technical training mission for the 82d Training Wing and the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program for the 80th Fighter Training Wing and 13 international partners. Advised 41 senior leaders and executives on business strategy and budgeting of programs to train nearly 46,000 students per year. Led an organization of 61 contract and program management staff toward record setting fiscal year, realizing process improvements and efficiencies garnering 202% efficiency gains.

Program and Contract Manager, Intelligence Directorate, USCENTCOM Senior Enlisted Leader and Manager of the Contract Support Section, Intelligence Directorate (CCJ2), USCENTCOM at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. Responsible for the development and direct management of CCJ2 contract requirements totaling more than $750M. Served as the Intelligence Director’s principal business advisor. Provided contract expertise and direction to Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) General Counsel through two federal protests resulting in case dismissals while guiding the CCJ2's transition from a $560M support contract to a tailored $330M solution. As Senior Enlisted Leader of the Resources and Requirements Division I led 107 joint staff responsible for policy, programming, acquisition, logistics, and training in support of the USCENTCOM intelligence mission, both in garrison and deployed.

Business Advisor and acquisition manager of requirements for 20th Fighter Wing, 9th Air Force USAFCENT, and 22 assigned support units in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom around the world. Managed Shaw AFB's five year $50M Simplified Acquisition Base Engineering Requirements Contract providing maintenance and construction solutions to the installation. Chaired project and program progress meetings to ensure smooth contract execution. Provided international program and acquisition support in four deployed locations between Southwest Asia and the Mediterranean Sea while developing executive solutions and business strategies in contested environments.

Managed and directed maintenance actions on F-15E aircraft valued at $57.5M. Maintained and trained compliance of standards of NATO Nuclear Surety and the Personnel Reliability Program. Performed and scheduled maintenance and inspection of the F-15E, and served as a maintenance supervisor.
