〈 Provide strategic leadership, policy development, and risk management for all NJSP specialized investigative, intelligence, cyber, forensic, and regulatory enforcement programs. 〈 Lead a large investigative workforce spanning multiple disciplines that include: narcotics, theft, fraud counterterrorism, cybercrime, corruption, organized crime, violent crime, regulatory enforcement, and casino related crime. 〈 Regularly partner and collaborate with key law enforcement and security executives on global security strategies, risk mitigation and response, continuity of operations, legislative and regulatory issues. 〈 Responsible for the effective and efficient performance of over 600 personnel located across 25 work place locations.〈 Increased the New Jersey State Police Investigations Branch’s visibility, perception, and value by expanding support to all partners regarding training, investigations, threat management, crises management, special events, and VIP protection.

Managed 24/7 logistics and operations to address a dynamic criminal and terrorism threat landscape.

Responsible for managing the operations of the fusion center by focusing on planning, evaluation, and performance management on behalf of the fusion center Director.
