I am originally from Boston and have been happily living in south Florida since 2007. I received my undergraduate degree in Operations and Technology Management at Boston College (2004) and my MBA at University of Florida (2010). I worked in several finance-related positions over the years, but I was always thinking about real estate as additional income. While working a full-time corporate job, I started with just one duplex purchased in June 2015. Eight years later, I grew the portfolio to 5 income producing properties, my personal residence and a small storage business. The additional income became too large to be an afterthought and I am now a full-time real estate investor, owner and Realtor in the Fort Lauderdale area. I really enjoy every aspect of real estate because it allows me to be creative in solving complex issues and I get to meet many great people.I own and manage my properties from top to bottom. Of course, I can’t do all the property maintenance myself so I have a great team of tradesmen that can repair any major issues. I received my Real Estate Sales Associate license in October 2021 and I assist south FL buyers in finding their perfect homes and income-producing properties based on my local knowledge of south Florida and personal investment experience.
