Business Operations and Strategy is Gojek's internal consultant team, working closely across departments in strategic problem-solving activities to define and solve business challenges, and developing new strategies. Some projects include:- KANO Model Analysis for merchant needs (delighters, dissatisfiers, and satisfiers) through data and hypothesis driven approach to developed new initiatives and devised action plans to maximized Q3 NPS score.- Researched, analyzed, and visualized data from 8 regions and 6000+ merchants in exploring new insights and built a predictive model as a solution to decrease churn rate and increase e-wallet adoptions.- Performed in-depth competitor analysis and market validation for a new project surrounding product strategy, pricing strategy, customer journey, usability testing, break-even-point scheme, and market entry timeline.
