Duties/Responsibilities:• Creates and maintains oracle databases required for development, testing, education and production usage.• Plans and implements backup and recovery of the Oracle database.• Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required.• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all core Network, security & IP Telephony systems.• To Configuring & maintaining servers like VMware (ESXi, Hyper-V), Elastix, Asterisk, VM Machine, RHEL, Ubuntu, Windows, Active Directory, Samba Server, Squid proxy server, Kaspersky Endpoint Solution.• Ensure network connectivity for smooth access of internet and intranet in Head Office, Factory & Depots.• Manage and monitoring CCTV & Access Control System. • Microsoft Office 365 mail server management and administration. • Configure & troubleshooting Router, Access point, Mikrotik, Servers as when required. • Taking System configuration and server data backup. • Making user Security policy in system as per user job role. • Manage company Domain (jaysonbd.com, jaysongroupbd.com) & hosting control panel. • To Ensure proper service & support on time to the end user. • Introduce new technology to Management/user & implement as per requirement. • Communication with vendor as and when required.

Duties/Responsibilities:• Maintenance of server. Linux based server (FTP, Samba, Mail Server)• Configuration & maintenance of Active Directory and domain controller, File server on windows server 2016• Configuration & maintenance of MikroTik Router (Bandwidth control, Firewall, Proxy, Failover, Load balance, Tunneling, VPN, PPTP, Log Server, Backup and Restore)• Configuration and Troubleshooting of TP-Link Routers, Netgear Routers and Switches• Ensuring necessary IT support to the users, installation and configuration of Desktop/Laptops and its Operating Systems and other applications and ensuring high level of client and network security and regular update of Antivirus system to all users• Installing and maintaining the LAN & WAN networks.• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults• Microsoft E-mail Client Outlook Configuration• CCTV, DVR, Time Attendance machine maintenance and troubleshooting • Network printer/Wireless printer/Printer server installation & sharing with hardware troubleshooting• Backup and recovery router/switch configurations• Coordination with service providers.
