Retired from the United States Marine Corps with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Undergraduate studies at Muhlenberg College and the University of Paris (Sorbonne). Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Member of the American, Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Lectured widely on the subjects of corporate finance and pension planning. Conducted numerous continuing professional education seminars for members of the legal and accounting professions. Admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the New York State Court of Appeals, New York and Pennsylvania Federal District Courts, the United States Court of Military Appeals, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.Practice areas include Capital Financing & SEC Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Organization, Executive & Deferred Compensation and related areas of business law.
