Team lead position. Over see the daily operations, facilities budget and maintenance of the store and property. Role includes but is not limited to scheduled preventative maintenance as well as repairs as needed. This includes but is not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R equipment, flooring, carpet, material handling equipment, pest problems, housekeeping, exterior services, and machinery throughout the building.

Over see the medical assistant, medical billing, HVAC/R, and paralegal programs at the BHCI Bohemia campus. Qualified to teach all of the 12 courses offered in the HVAC/R program. Over see inventory of all non-consumables as well as consumable for the evening program. Oversee anywhere from 4 to 7 instructors as well as 2 teacher assistants. Enrollment between 75 and 100 students at a given time. Proctor for EPA examination.

Ran the daily operations of a highly successful fabrication shop that employed anywhere from 3 to 7 employees at any given time. Oversaw inventory, design, layout, fabrication, quality control, and shipping of all work in the shop. Dealt directly with manufacturers, mills, and clients. Produced high end stainless steel work for the pharmaceutical industry as well as the food industry. Designed, fabricated, and delivered many different types of interior and exterior menu board systems for many food and beverage restaurants.
