With over 40 years of experience in owning and running businesses, I am a Membership Advisor at Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), the largest and most influential organisation for small businesses in the UK. I am also the Owner of Ludstone Marketing Ltd, a lead generation and appointment booking service for B2B clients, and Ray Hickinbottom Training Academy, a provider of sales and marketing courses for SME owners.In my role as a Membership Advisor, I work with SMEs in Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, and the Black Country to advise them on how FSB can help them with vital business services, including legal advice, financial expertise, cost reduction, and advocacy. I also use my extensive network and relationships to connect them with other suitable organisations and providers who can assist them with their specific needs.
