One of four founding partners of a consulting firm focusing on fundraising and donor development, communication, and project management services. Currently assisting a nonprofit community development program expand fundraising capabilities by overhauling communication to corporate and major individual donors.

Hennepin County Government Center

Managed constituent requests, communications, and research for Commissioner Marion Greene. Advised on policy initiatives, wrote Board actions, and represented the Commissioner at various meetings attended by elected officials, organizational stakeholders, and business owners. Refined knowledge of public budgets and policy.

Developed and implemented a specialized campaign plan built for a special election. Managed volunteer-driven voter contact, production of materials, fundraising initiatives, and the development of messaging.

Southwest Minneapolis

Wrote and oversaw the implementation of a campaign plan. Wrote a field plan and budget, and successfully guided the campaign to a DFL endorsement.

Saint Cloud Tech

Organized and conducted individual and group practices. Coordinated and supervised judges, and assisted with budget management. Knowledge of and experience with public address and debate.

Minnesota 6Th Congressional District

Managed 6 staff and 14 interns in 3 offices. Developed targets, recruited and trained staff, wrote the field plan and budget, and oversaw its implementation. Outspent 12 to 1 and without a direct mail program, the field program pushed the campaign to a 4,000 vote margin, 7 points above the DPI for the district.

Managed 19 staff and 17 interns at all major Colleges and Universities in Minnesota. Wrote the field plan and budget for college campuses, recruited and trained staff, and oversaw its implementation.

Northfield

Worked for DFL- endorsed candidate Kevin Dahle in Senate District 25 in Northfield, Minnesota during a special election.

Saint Cloud

Worked for DFL-endorsed candidate Tarryl Clark in Senate District 15 in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Worked in a leadership position to build, organize, and mobilize a volunteer corps to canvass and phone voters.
