During my time at Building Crafts I managed facilities improvements projects for water treatment plants in the Midwest. At Waste Management, I primarily worked to research methane oxidation in landfill cover. In this position I traveled to sites across the contiguous United States and set up testing environments. I applied Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy and Vertical Radial Plume Mapping methods to analyze gas plume data in coordination with the EPA. Other responsibilities included repairing broken testing equipment and solving testing problems. I also researched the applicability of new water treatment processes and equipment on existing facilities.
