This includes creating and promoting a positive, multicultural work environment that supports consistency and develops policies, procedures, budgets, and controls.Ray protects and maintains Unite KC’s culture of love, profound trust, overflowing grace, abounding generosity, and fun.In this role the E.D. must cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with the board of directors, thereby ensuring open communication regarding strategies, plans, core operations, and operations support.Additionally, this leadership role extends to assisting in the creation of financial and developmental plans to expand and acquire new donors and cultivate relationships with high-level donors and foundations.
