Gdpr - Delivery Programme ManagerJaguar Land Rover Nov 2017 - Jul 2018Coventry, West Midlands, Gb• Managed the change activities of a GDPR global programme into JLR within seven months, inclusive of 74 contractors, 18 central business functions, and eight European markets• Created and supported the development of the change approach and resource planning• Devised and led the Change impact Assessments for all impacted teams• Led data inventory and mapping across Europe and 18 central functions• Facilitated working groups to create and sign off 14 detailed change plans to engage impacted teams to ensure project buy in and reduce resistance• wrote and deployed all change communications to both heavily and lightly impacted teams• supported the recruitment of 27 business analysts and 22 project managers across 18 business functionsAchievement Highlights:• The Business Change Programme of 14 centrally delivered projects reduced corporate risk and ensured data compliance with the Information Commissioners Office in the UK. This incorporated 74 contractors, 18 business functions, and eight European markets. Ten of the most critical customer-facing departments were fully compliant on May 25, 2018, in line with UK regulatory requirements. Non-compliance was associated with an estimated risk of £960m – 4% of JLR's global turnover. • I oversaw communications, training, and data-mapping activities needed for GDPR compliance and to meet JLR’s obligation to resolve any request within 30 days.
