It is done by fostering a mutual learning process between university's members and social innovators.​​The process involves the collaborative interaction between the multiple competences of the social innovators and the disciplinary areas of its university's members: design thinking, service design, product design, marketing, innovation management, videos and virtual reality, among others. It is based on the use of collaborative materials and tools, practical training, workshops and mentoring. It involves six different institutes and departments in the university and a collaboration with UNIRIO. Consulting exchange program in Design Management and Social Innovation within LASIN Network framework in order to perceive how the Munster University's Innovation Lab works with local issues and social innovation projects. Its was a short-term Erasmus in order to collaborate with their daily routine of ongoing projects among Germany context and to replicate their techniques in our home labs at University of Brazil.
