My biggest achievements include the following:- Successfully managed the change of the following systems:- Accounting (from Infusion to Xero)- Payroll (from IMS to ACE, back to IMS, then transferred int IMS Cloud). Right now’s in the process of changing to PayHero- 3 Job Management systems (from Infusion to Geo-Op to Tradify to SimPro)- Implemented VOIP Phone System, managed change from Vodafone to Spark to 2 Degrees (20-25 mobiles and 3-5 stations)- Instigated and initiated Manual for Finance & Administration Department to ensure transparency, continuity, and efficiency of the business.- Streamlined admin/finance staff levels at time while company has doubled its operational objectives. - Increased Debt Collection to 85-95% from 45-60%- Implemented Inventory / Stock Control System- Initiated Company’s Vehicle Fleet Management System- Digitized paperwork for Debtors, Creditors, Payroll, End of Month and End of YearI have also successfully assisted the members of my team in their roles, have trained other people in the business, help current employees with navigating and learning our accounting and job management systems.
