Responsible for the implementation and ongoing Account Management of Workspeed’s solution to high profile clients.Achievements Designed and implemented an automated upload template, based in Excel, used to configure new property details. The template reduced upload cycle times for large portfolios from an average of 12 hours to 2.5 hours.  Instituted pre-kickoff meeting methodology designed to capture short and long term strategic goals, baseline clients’ business processes, identify change management challenges, and determine operational / financial systems. These details were used to form the baseline for each project and establish essential metrics for success. Created Workspeed Utilization report for VP of Engineering, and presented findings to the engineering staff at Parkway’s quarterly corporate meetings.
